From Friday, September 5th, to Monday, September 8th, immerse yourself in the perfect balance of yoga, meditation, and stretching, guided by movement teacher Dani Hughes, alongside dynamic strength-based training sessions led by expert PT Kia Pullin.
Your experience includes a three-night stay, nourishing meals curated by Private chef Jason Seddon, and access to stunning facilities—a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, serene yoga studio, and breathtaking coastal walks. The Location

Designed with wellness in mind, the facilities offer the chance to unwind, recharge and nourish yourself. Natural materials, soft lighting and tactile finishes characterize the space, all powered by the sun.

Each room is made up of 2 x Twin Beds
With shared bathrooms.
There are also changing facilities in the Yoga Studio.

Yoga, Meditation and Movement Teacher
Dani Hughes is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher, offering dynamic and restorative practices to help you feel strong, grounded, and connected. With over 200 hours of Vinyasa training, 50 hours in Yin Yoga, and qualified in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Dani’s classes blend creativity with tradition, ensuring an inclusive and enriching experience for everyone—whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice.
Having taught across Bristol’s studios, gyms, and online spaces, Dani is dedicated to making yoga accessible and enjoyable for all. Inspired by time spent in India, Dani’s teachings honor the roots of yoga while embracing a modern approach that supports both body and mind.

Kia Pullin
Qualified Personal Trainer
With 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, Kia brings a deep understanding of movement, strength, and performance to every session. Her group training on retreat is designed to be energising, effective, and accessible to all levels, combining expert programming with a supportive and motivating environment.
You can expect dynamic, results-driven workouts tailored to a range of goals—whether it's building strength, boosting endurance, enhancing mobility, or simply feeling more energised.
Each session blends functional training, mobility work, and mindset coaching, ensuring that fitness isn’t just something you do on retreat but something you take home with you. More than just a workout, these sessions are about building confidence, connection, and a positive relationship with movement, so that exercise feels natural, enjoyable, and truly transformative.

Yes! It’s just £150 deposit to secure your place and then it’s completely up to you how you pay the rest, paying in full before the end of July.

Highcliffe is situated in North Cornwall, near Padstow. You are welcome to join us by car or train, with parking on site.

The Retreat will be ready for you to arrive from 5pm on the Friday and will close 10am on the Monday.

No, it’s your retreat. We will build a daily schedule for you to join, as much or as little as you want to. With the option to join runs, swims, walks, yoga, group gym sessions and more.

Deposit is non refundable, unless you or we manage to refill your space.
1 month before travel 100% must be paid to keep your place, once paid in full this is non refundable, unless your space is filled.
